Contest starts on October 30th, 2016 and ends when the drawing occurs. Must be 18 to enter. All entries become the property of RopeLab, LLC. Only Official Contest Entry Forms will be accepted. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Limit one entry per person and per address. RopeLab, LLC is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions, malicious attacks or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or the cause of third parties. One (1) winner for each prize will be selected by random drawing conducted by RopeLab, LLC and Ropecraft NOLA. from all eligible entries received. All eligible entries must be received and completed during the Promotion Period as further described above. Drawings will be held on or after November 6, 2016 at Ropecraft NOLA 2016 during the closing ceremonies or thereafter at RopeLab, LLC's discretion. The contest term may be extended for up to 12 weeks to allow for additional entries. or for other reasons at RopeLab, LLC's discretion. All drawings are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. Winners need not be present and will be notified by e-mail, phone, or mail within approximately 48-72 hours of their name being drawn. Winners may remain anonymous by indicating so on the entry form. Upon notification, winners must claim their prizes by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If a given winner does not respond within 7 days of initial notification, The drawing may be extended and a new drawing may take place so that an alternate winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries. Winners must complete any and all legal documents requested by RopeLab, LLC and Hedonism II and return them to RopeLab, LLC within five (5) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance may result in disqualification of the winner. If RopeLab, LLC determines for any reason that the winner is disqualified or the winning entry is void or invalid, the promotional period may be extended, and a new drawing may take place at RopeLab LLC's discretion and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries by random drawing. Winner may be responsible for pick-up for Prize or delivery costs of Prize at RopeLab's discretion. Winner shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, expenses and charges, incurred as a result of winning any Prize and agrees to indemnify and hold RopeLab, LLC and its owner and agents harmless for any such taxes, fees, expenses or charges. BeachBind gift card drawing will be a certificate for $200 off a BeachBind 2017 registration, taking place at Hedonism II in Negril Jamaica from April 1-8, 2017. Winner must register for BeachBind using the BeachBind website and pay for a minimum of 5 nights at the regular, then current rate between April 1-8 2017. All payments must be made through Dream Pleasure tours. Gift card is given courtesy of Dream Pleasure Tours and there is no relationship, privity or transaction between RopeLab, LLC and winner . Air fare and other transportation is not included and winner will be liable for the costs of such transportation. The certificate is good for a total discount off the BeachBind registration fee as listed on www.beachbind.com. Certificate is non-transferable. Winner must register themselves and a guest for BeachBind and pay a deposit no later than December 1, 2017 and their full balance by December 20th or as otherwise agreed by Dream Pleasure tours and RopeLab, LLC. Cash value of certificate is $.001. Certificate cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Certificate is not valid for any other events. Certificate is issued by Dream Pleasure tours and may be redeemed through Dream Pleasure tours when booking registrations for the event, and BeachBind, RopeLab, Ropecraft or their various organizers, leaders, owners, agents and employees shall not be liable or responsible for the action or inaction of Dream Pleasure tours or Hedonsim II with respect to the certificate or this drawing or otherwise if Dream Pleasure tours or Hedonsim II fails to honor the certificate, imposes additional fees, or for any other action or inaction of Dream Pleasure tours or Hedonsim II. The Ropecraft San Antonio drawing will be a certificate for two passes to Ropecraft San Antonio. Prize is courtesy of Ropecraft and there is no relationship, privity or transaction between RopeLab, LLC and winner. There shall be one winner for each Prize, and the same person cannot win both prizes. Winner will be drawn at random and must have submitted an official Contest Entry Form per the rules of this paragraph. Decisions regarding eligibility and winners shall be made at the complete discretion of RopeLab, LLC. In order to claim a Prize or receive any Prize benefits or related services, winners may be required to sign additional forms, agreements, waivers and/or releases (including but not limited to standard registration agreements, resort forms, releases, etc.) and shall be required to otherwise be eligible to participate in the applicable event i.e. RopeLab or Ropecraft and any activities or receive services pursuant to any awarded prizes per the then-existing rules and polies of RopeLab, LLC, Ropecraft, Dream Pleasure tours and Hedonism II as applicable. Failure of a winner to do so or be so eligible may void any rights of winner to claim the prize at RopeLab, LLC's discretion. If the winner so indicates on the entry form or does not otherwise notifies RopeLab, LLC in writing, by accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her FetLife name, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. RopeLab, LLC is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, or network malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or bug, resulting in damage to any computer from entrant’s access or the Contest Website. RopeLab, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should virus, bugs or other event causes beyond RopeLab LLC's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom RopeLab, LLC believes at RopeLab, LLC's sole discretion to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage, or who is violating these Rules and Regulations or applicable law will be disqualified. This drawing is open only to U.S. residents who, as of the beginning of the Promotion Period are 18 years of age or older. RopeLab, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Contest at any time at its discretion and the applicant waives any and all claims against RopeLab, LLC and Ropecraft and releases and holds Ropecraft, RopeLab, LLC and their respective employees, owners, agents, and contractors harmless from any and all claims relating to the Drawing or the Prize. Should winner disclaim or refuse a Prize, or otherwise fails to register for BeachBind per the above terms, RopeLab, LLC may extend this contest into the future, start a new contest, or otherwise cancel the contest at its discretion. Should BeachBind or Ropecraft become canceled for any reason, the applicable Prize shall not be redeemable and shall automatically become void.
